Feel more alive and free.
Individual Therapy for Adult Professionals
Online Psychotherapy for Californians.
Rediscover your passion.
Realign with what matters to you.
Do you feel “off” but don’t really know why? Do you wonder how you could get help if you don’t know what it is?
Maybe your partner is suggesting that you get help or perhaps a friend has noticed that you haven’t been yourself lately.
You may be wondering if you're depressed or if this is a mid-life crisis. Sometimes you stay up later than you should, playing video games, watching tv, or scrolling social media… but none of it really makes you feel happy.
Stress is high. Fulfillment, low.
Career, relationship, kids, friends, interests, life… some, or all of it, just isn't as satisfying as it was, or as you thought it would be by now.
You want it to be different.
Let me help you find yourself again.
Stress management is the foundation. It's hard to feel your best when stress is high. Talking about it helps. You'll get other tools, too.
Self-awareness is the path. I'm going to help you understand yourself better: your strengths, challenges, blindspots, patterns – and how to change.
Self-acceptance will be key. It's not always easy, we'll work on it. From this comes insight and from insight comes wisdom. From wisdom comes action.
Regain control of your life. Live authentically. Improve your relationships.
WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER
You can get from “here” to “there.”
Identify your strengths & goals
Through open dialogue, we will explore your unique skills, experiences and values. Together, we’ll identify what fostering growth and resilience means to you on your journey towards greater fulfillment.
Discover new opportunities
As your self-awareness comes into focus, you’ll explore new perspectives and uncover hidden potential. We’ll identify together what will serve your broader goals for lasting, positive change.
Make better decisions
By understanding the underlying factors that influence your choices, you’ll be able to approach decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

The Enneagram is one of many models and tools I use to understand my clients' perspectives and experiences.
Some clients seek me out specifically for my Enneagram expertise and we talk about it explicitly in sessions. Other clients, not so much.
It's entirely up to you.

Therapy is one session at a time. You can end at any time.

It depends.
Many clients feel some relief immediately. Most clients start noticing differences after a few months. Long-term change may take six months to a year.
Many clients continue well beyond a year for the ongoing growth and support.
