Since Friday, March 13, 2020, I've offered therapy exclusively online and clients find it to be effective and helpful. They also appreciate the flexibility.

The only commitment is honoring the cancellation policy. You're welcome to continue, pause, end, or restart at anytime.

It depends on what you're wanting out of therapy.
Many clients feel some relief right away - it feels good to talk to someone!
After three to six months, many clients start noticing changes in their lives. As clients continue in therapy, they often notice more and more changes.
After a year, their perspective has changed and they feel better more often. Many clients want to keep going.

I work Monday through Friday, including some evenings.

Prior to our first session, I'll send you a link to the consent forms and credit card authorization that you complete electronically - including electronic signature. I'll charge your credit card on file prior to each session.

I am not on any insurance panels. Some of my clients have "out of network" reimbursement through their insurance. I provide a monthly superbill that they submit to their insurance provider who then pays them directly.

If you need to cancel a session, or reschedule, you must do so three (3) business days (or 72 hours) prior to your session to avoid being charged for a session.
