STEP 1

Schedule a free 20-minute consultation with me. I'll answer any questions you have to help you be sure we're a good fit.

STEP 2

Meet weekly or biweekly in a safe, accepting space where you can be yourself. We'll explore your goals, values, and desires. We'll discover what works for you, where you get stuck, connect a few dots, and help you make lasting change.

STEP 3

Seeing results! You'll start feeling greater agency in your life and relationships. You'll find relief from some painful past experiences. You'll feel more yourself, more authentic, more confident

STEP 4

Continued support. After working through your toughest challenges and finding relief, you, like many of my clients, may appreciate the on-going support of therapy. We might shift from weekly to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. You might want to check in every 6 to 12 months or come back after a long hiatus for a few "tune-up" sessions or to resume regular sessions. As the support you need changes, we’ll figure out a way to make that happen

STEP 5

Completion! Therapy is often and important transformational process. At some point, even the best of journeys comes to an end. When it is our time for that final step in our work together, we'll give it the recognition it deserves.
